A log reminder, a monthly recap, and referral rewards. Each can be turned off on its own, and we never put an ad in a notification.

AD POLICY

Yes, there are ads.
They just never interrupt you.

The app is free, so ads pay for it. The difference is that you decide when to watch one. Each video you watch adds ad-free days, and during those days no ad appears while you're logging. When you run out, ads come back.

    You start with 15 daysFifteen days ad-free from the moment you sign up — we don't greet you with an ad.

    One video = 3 ad-free daysWatch a short video on the page in Settings to extend it. Watch several in one sitting to stock up when it suits you.

    At zero days, ads returnWatch a video to top up again, or just keep using the app with ads. Either way, it's your call.

    Referrals add days tooWhen a friend signs up with your code and logs entries on 3 different days within 7 days of entering it, you get 15 days and they get 7. The days don't have to be consecutive, and several entries on one day count as one. When a reward is granted, you'll see it the next time you open the app.

AUTO-DELETE Everything is deleted automatically after a year of not using the app

One year after your last sign-in, your entries and account are permanently erased and cannot be restored. We email you 30 days before — opening the app once cancels the deletion.

Tap once in Settings and we'll email your full history as a CSV file.

You choose where entries live
